Mouth Watering Garlic and Parsley Prawns
Jump start summer with delicious prawns on your Primo Grill!
Set Grill for direct cooking (no heat deflector plates) and heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes in water
Carefully peel and de-vein the prawns. In a large bowl stir together chopped fresh parsley and garlic. Add olive oil and combine. Then add prepared prawns and stir until throughly coated. Refrigerate for one hour stirring once or twice during this time. Put prawns securely onto skewers piercing by the tail and by the head.
Using your Primo Grill over direct heat (350 (f) for 2-3 minutes a side.
Locate the freshest prawns possible. These garlic, parsley prawns are an amazing appetizer for any party or get together. Also, don’t be afraid to get creative with the seasoning of your prawns. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the prawns if desired and serve on a bed of fresh lettuce or on a colorful salad to complete the dish and add some extra color and interest.
