Super Easy Marvelous Mahi Mahi on the Grill
Fresh Mahi Mahi Fillets 250g per person
½ cup of Italian Salad Dressing
Set Primo Ceramic Grill for direct cooking (do not use heat deflector plates) and heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Place the Mahi Mahi Fillets in a plastic storage container and pour Italian Salad dressing over top. Refrigerate for half and hour to 1 hour giving the container a little shake every now and then.
Grill fish steaks over direct heat 350 Fahrenheit for 5 minutes each side. Remember, Mahi Mahi is considered done when the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Tasty Tips: Freshness is key, locate a great regional supplier. Fish is fragile so be gentle with the fish on the grill use tongs and a spatula to flip the fish. Put a little olive oil on paper towel and rub on grill surface where you will be grilling the fish. Once the fish is removed from cooking surface, garnish the top with some chopped fresh parsley. If you desire, squeeze lemon on top of the Mahi Mahi.
