Pulled Pork Recipe Ingredients
1 Large bag of Tortilla chips (extra if you feel like snacking and grilling)
1 Pound of Pulled Pork
1/2 Cup whole kernel corn
1/2 Cup of red onion (diced)
3 Cups of Medium Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Good Quality Barbecue Sauce
Salsa-For a twist try a roasted or smoked salsa
**Consider adding some grilled corn kernels
Louisiana Grill Recipe Instructions
1. Begin by preheating your Louisiana Grill to 350°F. Totally close the flame broiler to allow for true convection cooking.
2. While it preheats, empty a large bag of tortilla chips onto a foil cooking pan. Spread evenly.
3. Next, start adding your toppings in any order you wish. Consider adding cooked pulled pork first then the rest of our toppings. Jalapenos, onions, bacon, and heaping handfuls of shredded cheese. Load it up!
4. Set the loaded nachos on the grill and let the hot smoke melt your toppings into one cheesy masterpiece. Heat at 350°F for 10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. Remove the nachos from the grill, top with barbecue sauce and serve with salsa and sour-cream.
